Dr. Ernst has been providing care for people with work injuries since 1990. Chiropractic care may lower work absenteeism for back and neck pain, as mentioned in recent research. In a new report, people who received chiropractic care tended to miss fewer work days in comparison to patients who hadn't seen a chiropractic physician.
In this 2013 paper, 650 laborers in Minnesota who reported back and/or neck pain were surveyed. The authors discovered that most of those surveyed stated that their back pain caused them to miss work or resulted in them makingmistakes on the job.
The most interesting discovery, however, was that those people who saw a chiropractor had 58% fewer disability days than those who didn't see a chiropractor!
Countless research studies report that chiropractic care is the perfect way to treat and even prevent back pain, and that's what we've observed here in our clinic in Arlington, WA.
